I have been using Makari for over six years, and I must say I have been a very loyal customer. However, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences.
Last year, I was sent what I believe was a fake Makari product, which caused a serious breakout on my face. I contacted Makari and was informed that the product was being recalled and that I should stop using it.
Despite this experience, I decided to give Makari another chance and placed another order. One bottle seemed to work fine, but the second bottle caused severe breakouts on my face and neck. What concerns me most is that both bottles have the same batch number.
I am honestly disappointed and concerned. I have used Makari for years without these problems, so I would like to understand what has changed.
Has something happened to the products, the manufacturing process or quality control? Has the website had issues with counterfeit products, or could there be a problem with this particular batch?
As a loyal customer of over six years, I feel that I deserve an explanation. I have trusted this brand for years, and it is upsetting to experience these problems repeatedly.
Can someone from Makari please clarify what is going on? I would really appreciate an honest response.

Have been using this product for years now and never disappoints.
I’m not sure where the negative reviews are coming from but I guess we all have different skin types.
I have a sensitive skin and so far this is the only product my face can tolerate. It diminishes my hyperpigmentation in a matter of days, my face and neck are visibly clearer and smoother; pimples gone, even my wrinkles between my brows disappears.
But note that once you stop using it, it all comes back after 2 weeks so I guess you need to use it for the rest of your life. 😩
Makari is a very good product and l recommended to everyone
